MY APPROACH
User-Centered Design:
A Process Driven by User Needs
I follow a user-centered design (UCD) process in my work, which means that I put the needs of the user at the center of everything I do. This process consists of five stages: research, ideation, prototyping, evaluation, and launch. My design process is iterative, which means that I constantly go back and forth between the different stages. For example, if I get feedback from users that a prototype is too difficult to use, I will go back to the ideation stage and come up with new ideas.

My Master of Science in Human-Centered Design and Engineering from the University of Washington has given me the skills and knowledge to design products and services that are truly user-centered. I understand the importance of user research, usability testing, and accessibility, and I use these principles to guide my design process.

I am both a UX designer and researcher, which allows me to have a deep understanding of the user experience throughout the entire product development lifecycle. I am skilled at conducting user research, creating user personas, developing user flows, and designing wireframes and prototypes. I also have experience in usability testing and A/B testing.
